Step 1. Test the level of contamination and the local environment

We perform an Acarex test to show you the level of Dust Mite contamination in your mattress. We also take temperature and relative humidity reading in your bedroom to analyse the local environment.

Step 2. We Remove Flakes of Skin, Dust Mites & their waste, other debris & Allergens

An incredibly powerful, specially engineered portable cleaning device, generates enormous suction (x8 the suction of a domestic vacuum cleaner) and vibration by beating the mattress at 12,500 RPM. This shakes any dust and debris free from the fibres and sucks it into a HEPA filter bag. The bag retains 99.97% of anything 0.3 microns or bigger.

Step 3. Kill Dust Mites, Germs, Bacteria, Viruses and Destroy Mould, Pollen and Fungal Spores

The Powerful suction is combined with a germ exterminating high intensity UV light, which works in unison to pulverize the dust mites, bacteria and fungal spores. UV light is better known for its use in laboratories, hospitals and water treatment plants.

Step 4. Neutralize any Harmful Dust Mite and Pet Allergens on surfaces

A chemical-free spray, which is completely harmless to humans and animals is applied. It is entirely plant-based and requires no airing. Once the spray has evaporated, which is about 10 minutes, you can use the item we've protected.

Step 5. Remove and destroy Airborne Allergens

Finally we use a high powered and fast acting air purifier to clean the air and kill mites, destroy their allergens, pet allergens, mould pollen and fungal spores.

Urine, Vomit and other nasties: In cases where there has been an accident either child or pet wetting the bed we have a powerful enzyme based stain and odour remover. This must be used quickly as we cannot guarantee stain removal.
